What are Effectors? Quite simply, they make specific skills stronger. Characters above level 130 can equip up to 2 effectors (class-restricted, of course, based on the type of Effector). Keep in mind that you do need to use a Mirror of Observation on the Effector before it can be equipped, to reveal the exact properties of the Effector.
